Digital deliveries
After payment you receive a download link or email attachment. Keep a copy of your receipt email; it proves purchase date and product name.
Withdrawal for digital content
If you agree to immediate delivery before the withdrawal period ends, you may lose the 14-day withdrawal right under Finnish consumer law. We disclose this before checkout in any live payment flow.
Defective files
If a file is corrupted or incomplete, email us within fourteen days of purchase. We will send a replacement link or refund the item price to the original payment method when technically possible.
